Volunteer!

Wild Ones has been blessed with many friends.

We appreciate your support!

If you have a desire to help, we can put you to work!

  • Volunteering to help with camps, lessons, tours, or any other event at Wild Ones.

  • Caring for our four-legged friends: Working with horses, cleaning out stalls, cleaning and organizing tack and other “horse chores”.

  • Supporting the team: You don’t have to be a “horse person” to help out. We have plenty of “non-horse” type jobs that need to be done such as maintenance and upkeep of the ranch, making phone calls, making copies, putting up flyers, cooking for events, fundraising support, etc.

  • To see if Wild Ones Youth Ranch is the right fit, please read our Volunteer Guidelines.

  • If everything looks good, please download and complete our Volunteer Application and Reference Form.

  • Next, Contact Us and set up an appointment to drop off your application, see the ranch, and meet the the Director and staff!

  • After we review your application, we'll contact you for an interview to see where you might fit into the ministry.

Wild Ones Youth Ranch requires anyone that will be working with or around youth to submit to a background check.

Group Projects

Maybe your class, youth group, boy scouts, or girl scouts are looking for a community service work project... Wild Ones offers many opportunities for group service projects from pulling tansy to mending fences.  Please Contact Us if you would like to set up a work party for your organization!

Pray

pray

Your faithful lifting up of our ministry is one of the most important things you can do to help out these precious children.

If you would like to commit to praying a certain amount of time for us each month, we would love to hear about it!

It is such an encouragement to know that we are being covered in prayer.

General prayers are appreciated but feel free to pray for the following areas as well:

  • Protection over staff, volunteers, participants, families, horses and property.

  • Financial blessings through donations, grants and underwriting of programs.

  • Spreading of the Gospel and the increase of God’s work in the families we are in contact with on a daily basis.

Thanks for your prayers!
