Where Mustangs, Youth, And God’s Grace Meet

Wild Ones Youth Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Christian ministry.

Our desire is to connect ANY child who has a hunger to ride, groom, feed, or just pet a horse, with the chance to do just that, regardless of his or her circumstances.

Wild Ones’ services are available to any family regardless of their emotional, Spiritual, physical, or financial abilities. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with our kids in hopes of building confidence, leadership skills and character.

Why mustangs?

Nothing quite steps up like a wild horse and says, “God made me!” Mustangs are the survivors of the horse world. They are strong and courageous, and inspire those qualities in everyone they meet.

To build a relationship with a mustang takes trust, courage, respect, and patience. Mustangs are powerful and inspiring, but they can also be stubborn and frustrating. Creating a bond with a mustang can be healing and humbling, and it can teach us as much about ourselves as it does about the horse and the God who created us both.

Horses have played a vital role throughout history, but none is more important than the strength, healing, and confidence that we have seen our mustangs bring to wounded and uncertain young people and their families.

In His wisdom and grace, it may be that God made the horse, in part, to aid us in reconciling ourselves to trusting and enjoying Him. Wild Ones Youth Ranch is dedicated to sharing this!
